1 General Terms & Conditions

Loteri (loteri.bet) is an online gaming and lottery platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Loteri and its users. By accessing, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to abide by these terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on Loteri, you must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. Loteri reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information.

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Only one account is permitted per mobile number.
• The name, mobile number, and address provided during registration must be accurate.
• Loteri may request identity verification documents at any time.

3 Deposits & Payments

Loteri currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. No additional fees are charged for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

If a deposit fails, check your mobile banking app first. If the amount was deducted but has not appeared in your account, contact support within 24 hours. The issue will be resolved following an investigation.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw winnings. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes, though security checks may extend this to up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used to make the deposit.
• Identity verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal as a security measure.
• In cases of suspected suspicious activity, Loteri may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• Loteri is not responsible for withdrawals sent to an incorrect number.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified wagering requirement (typically 10–30x) must be met before any withdrawal is made.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or identities will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure Policy
